Keek Kitchen Appliances and our personnel are completely dedicated
to providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All the
products we offer are from recognized brands and are well tried and
tested. We will despatch your goods as quickly and efficiently as
possible and delivery is usually within 7-10 working days from stocks
held in Manchester and Scotland. For any kitchen appliance that has
to be specially ordered you will be advised of the likely delivery
date and will be given the option to cancel the order if it will take
too long to complete. All goods offered on tbis web site are subject

We advise against booking trades for installations untill the goods
have been received. No liability can be accepted for costs caused

We do not send marketing emails to personal email addresses where
the recipient is not a customer.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information collected about you lawfully(in accordance with the Data
protection Act 1998). We only collect the information provided by
you on the order forms which enable us to process your order and to
provide you with the best possible service. You will be given the
chance to refuse any marketing/promotional emails from us during the
order process. We will never collect sensitive information about you
other than the basic details you give us on the order form. You can
check the information we hold on you at any time by emailing us and
we will be happy to correct any inaccuracies promptly. None of your

Making A Purchase
Browse our catalogue and click on "add to cart" at any item
that you wish to buy and it will be placed in your shopping cart.
Once you have finished your selection, click on "checkout now"
and you will be asked for your details. You can also place an order
by phone at 01463 663348. You will be sent an order confirmation by
email or letter when we receive your order but this does not confirm
availability.
We accept credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard or payment by
Switch. These are processed when orders are ready for despatch. You
may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or online
which is the safest way as we use 128 bit encryption and your information
is not stored on a computor which is permanently connected to the
internet. Cheques are accepted but allow 7 days for clearance. Any
errors in receipts or payments will be rectified within 5 working
days of our agreeing to correct them.
If your item is not in stock, has been changed or has been discontinued,
you will be offered the option to cancel or change your order. No
contract has been entered into until we confirm availablity of your
order as stock may have been sold out or specification been changed
on new replacements from the manufacturer.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed using 128 bit Java encryption. This encryption begins at
the form where you are asked for your credit card details. They are
only decrypted after they reach our computer, all that passes through
the internet is a scrambled message. They are not held in clear text
on any web site.
Your information is not stored on an internet active computor so your
details cannot be accessed by a third party.
This system is the safest way to buy and is safer than passing your
details over the phone lines and at least as safe as passing your
card over a shop counter.
The ordering system allows you to make several other choices of method
to pay. You can pay by cheque or call us with your credit card details.
Process your order through the system then select YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT
METHOD.

and that is what will appear on your statement. Shipping
And Handling
The cost of the goods includes the cost of shipping within the UK
mainland. UK deliveries are usually made within 10 days. Assistance
may be required with unloading of heavy or large items and we only
deliver to the ground floor unless by special arrangement.
ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE GOODS AND REPORT DAMAGES,
FAULTS OR ERRORS IN THE ORDER TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please report damages within 3 days. We cannot
accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted.
IN THE EVENT THAT GOODS CANNOT BE INSPECTED ON DELIVERY THEN
SIGN FOR THEM AS "UNEXAMINED"
Report damages, faults or errors to the Operations Manager by email
or letter as per the contact details section. In the unlikely event
of damage, fault or error you will be entitled to an exchange or full
refund. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of our agreement
to do so. Warehouse and Distribution Logistics are
located in Heywood, Manchester. Remittance Terms
All goods must be paid in full before despatch. A 25% deposit will
be taken on Range cookers which are made to order ie. Britannia. All our invoices include VAT at 17.5% VAT reg number
is 553 0740 61.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis however you have 7 working days
from the day following receipt of goods to notify us in writing that
you wish to cancel the order. Credit will
only be passed for goods which you have returned to our Heywood Distribution
centre in perfect resaleable condition and less our delivery costs. NB We will not accept goods for return that are in any way marked, damaged or that have been removed form their original manufacturers packaging.
We will send you a goods return
authorisation label and goods will not be accepted without this being
attached. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation
of the goods. Our order confirmation includes a cancellation form
or you can email our Operations Manager. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the written
cancellation of the order. Goods which have been made to your specification
will be excluded from this returns policy. These terms only apply
to goods ordered for UK delivery. The returns policy applies to exchange
goods and will be treated as a new order until the original goods
are returned for credit as appropriate.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, has been changed or has been discontinued,
you will first be emailed or written to with the option to cancel
or change your order. Where possible we can back order for you and
these items are not charged until they are ready for despatch. Any
contracts not completed within 30 days can be cancelled by either
party and a full refund will be given for goods not delivered. Refunds
will be processed within 5 working days.

All our products are covered by the manufacturers
warranty which is detailed with the product and is a minimum of
12 months. These products are not recommended for use in commercial premises and the warranty does not apply. Warranties are not valid outside Great Britain. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
