Neff appliances is the UK's market leader, it is the name on
everyone's lips when they think of the ultimate cooking - and built-in
ovens, in particular. This has been fuelled by the plethora of TV
cookery and DIY programmes which now promote the desirability of a
beautiful kitchen.
Neff appliances have over the years, continuously
led the way in producing innovative new designs to make life easier
and more pleasurable. It is over 30 years since Neff appliances
first arrived in the UK. In that time, the company has built-up
an enviable reputation for products that not only look great but
cook brilliantly too. Neff kitchen appliances now star in many cookery
schools around the country including Tante Marie, Italian Secrets,
The Grange, Aldeburgh School, Swinton Park, Hazlewood Castle School,
Vegetarian Society Cooking School and Apples Cooking School for
Children. There can be no greater test of our products
than constant use by trainee chefs and cookery devotees.
The changing kitchen
Cooking remains the main preoccupation of kitchens. But, with
more and more women now working, convenience is the watchword in
modern kitchens.
Neff appliances introduced Circotherm, the original
and unique forced- air cooking system, to the UK over 30 years ago.
Today, Circotherm remains the very best cooking system around. The
Circotherm oven requires little or no preheating, prevents flavours
from intermingling and makes it possible to prepare nutritious and
appetising meals faster and with considerably less hassle. Small
wonder then that this original fan cooking system is still the best!
More recently, the introduction of extra-wide gas hobs with high
speed wok burners and ceramic hobs offering fast, safe induction
cooking, have revolutionised hob top cooking. Exotic stir fries
and healthy griddles are no longer reserved for special occasions,
but can now be enjoyed on a regular basis; you can even keep the
food - and plates - warm until needed in one of our brand new warming
drawers. When food is required out of hours, a new generation ovens
may well be the answer. The steam oven allows you to prepare tastier
and more nutritious meals, and thanks to the addition of Halogen
light in the new QuantumSpeed microwave, food can be cooked directly
from frozen in a fraction of the normal cooking time - ideal for
hungry teenagers returning home in the early hours. Special entertaining
for more important events requires forward planning. Freezers and
good size refrigerators will enable you to prepare and store food
in advance. Your microwave will defrost and reheat your dishes without
losing texture and colour and when the meal is over, your dishwasher
will do all the washing up for you.
Neff Appliances Innovations
Innovation turns the key of progress. A constant flow of new and
original labour-saving ideas is vital to the development of any
company. Our objective is to listen carefully to your requirements
and then offer you a co-ordinated range of products to suit your
lifestyle.
Neff appliances Ovens
The oven is, and always has been, the benchmark for domestic cooking
in the 21st century. That's why the original concept has been imitated
so often. To stay on top always keeps one step ahead of the competition
by managing to 'pull rabbits out of hats', time after time. A perfect
example of this philosophy is the B1881. Having already won a prestigious
product innovation award, this unique single electric Circotherm
oven with its ingenious slide away door and ergonomically designed
revolution handle, is now en route to making its very individual
mark in world appliance history. Several of the new ovens have a
special light that indicates when the oven has reached 25%, 50%,
75% and then 100% of the set temperature to keep you in the picture
throughout the entire cooking process. What's more, some models
feature a useful safety indicator on the control panel that lights
up to reveal the amount of residual heat remaining: 'H' = hot enough
to finish cooking (in excess of 120° C) and 'h' = suitable for
keeping food warm (between 80° - 120°C).
Another new safety feature is that the doors of some of the new
ovens are now triple, rather than double glazed and all doors have
Thermax glass to ensure that temperatures always remain well within
allowable levels. Thanks to 30% wider windows, these new oven doors
allow vastly improved interior viewing so there's no need to open
the door to see how well your meal is progressing. At Neff, we consider
ease of cleaning to be a top priority. That's the main reason for
introducing the ground breaking 'Hydro-Clean' system in 1996. This
economical and environmentally friendly system features strongly
in the current collection too; it now comes as standard on 5 of
the single ovens in the current range. For some models without Hydro-Clean,
catalytic liners have been incorporated for ease of cleaning.
Microwaves
A new development in compact ovens is the 'Quantum Speed' microwave
oven, a world first. This compact microwave cooks at around 72% faster
than an ordinary oven, thanks to the inclusion of halogen heating
technology for cooking in your kitchen at the speed of light!
