Our Dura-cushion design includes a galvanised steel base plate that ensures that any leak is contained and 4 powerful suspension supports to minimise vibration. cast iron weights couteract imbalance during spinning. The entire system is then encased in steel for longevity.

Smartfill
An analog sensor determines the lowest water and energy consumption for every wash. This means that you will use the minimum amount of water, energy and detergent but with the guarantee of optimum wash results.

Imbalance Control
It is essential for longevity that the machine only spins when the load is balanced. This means that both noise and mechanical stress are reduced while spinning which therefore reduces stress on the machine components. Any imbalance is detected and constantly measured. Within a set time limit the machine decides whether it redistributes the laundry or whether it continues into a spin. this is all controlled by the machine and you never have to worry.

Dura-seal
As seals on doors have a tendency to perish with time, Maytag have done away with the door seal! The Maytag duraseal will not need replacing ... ever ... and your washing machine will not leak through the door seal.


Large Drum
