 Delayed
Start
A delayed start setting is available on all Maytag kitchen appliances
washing machines. This means you can take advantage of cheaper rates
of electricity, where available, or wash at a time more convenient
to you. Your laundry receives the right amount of water, the right
temperature, the right mechanical action, the right number of rinses
and the right spin speed. Simple to operate and excellent wash results,
everytime.
MAYTAG Hundreds of Programmes
If you would rather choose your own programme you can adapt a wash
programme specifically for your needs. You can choose pre-soaks, shorter
washes, more rinses and select various temperature options.
Variable
Temperature Control
The kitchen appliances temperature are pre-set in the individual programmes
for ease of use. However, temperatures are selectable in 5 degree
increments between 30 and 90 degrees. Please note: To prevent fabric
damage certain wash temperatures that could cause shrinkage or excess
wear are not available.
Wool and Hand Wash
The wool programme will wash woollens even more gently than you can
by hand. The high water level combined with the very gentle action
means you can launedr garments labelled handwash safely.
Bio-Phase
This optional programme is ideal for removing blood and protein based
stains. This special programme runs for 20 minutes enabling the enzymes
in the detergent to work on the stains at the optimum temperature
before rinsing and continuing the washing cycle.
MAYTAG Foam Control
Too much foam reduces water action which leads to poor wash and rinsing
results. Maytag have a sensor that measures the foam and displays
this on the control panel. You can then correct this problem by reducing
the detergent load in the next wash.
 Economic
Detergent Usage
Often detergent is lost to the sump of the machine but with Maytag
the first water that is pumped in enters via the pre-wash compartment
so that the drain pump area is filled with water first, preventing
the detergent loss to the sump. Therefore, all the detergent is available
for use in the wash cycle and none is wasted.
Enviroclean
Programme
For energy savings and efficiency Enviroclean extends the wash time
by 22 minutes. This means that you can select a lower temperature
and still acheive the same excellent wash results or extend the wash
time and use the same tempertaure for heavily soiled loads.
MAYTAG Wash Performance
Maytags performance for wash results and energy consumption is 'A'
class, the best possible results. This is acheived through advanced
engineering and technology which is found in all Maytag front loaders.
Rinse Options
For those with extra sensitive skins or who simply want to add extra
rinses to the wash programme, the rinse cycle may be extended up to
a maximum of seven times.
Accurinse
For complete peace of mind, Accurinse constantly measures the amount
of residual detergent in the water and ensures that it is all fluched
through, using the minimum amount for water and therefore rinsing
time.
 Quick
Wash Programme
The Quick Wash cycle is for lightly soiled articles or to refresh
clothes. It takes just 35 minutes and uses only 0.3kWh of electricity.
Temperature Sensor
To ensure that you obtain a perfect wash result, everytime, the thermostat
maintains the temperature of the wash programme to +/-1 degree.
Child Safety
Child safety is of paramount importance in the design of all kitchen
appliances. Standard safety features included are a detergent drawer
lock, automatic control lock and door lock during the wash programme.
You can be sure that little fingers cannot trespass and interrupt
the wash cycle. |
