MAYTAG Kitchen appliances Tumble Driers
Maytag kitchen appliances tumble driers are not only built to last
longer than any other brand, but they work so well that they even
produce wrinkle-free laundry that reduces your ironing time. Special
features on Maytag tumble driers allow you to tumble dry even sensitive
fabrics and reduce or eliminate shrinkage in your load. All that and
designed with energy usage and the environment in mind.
MAYTAG kitchen appliances Air Float Drying
The Maytag kitchen appliances Air Float drying system tumbles and
rotates the laundry without reversing the drum. The paddles inside
the drum tumble the wash in a figure of eight pattern. This prevents
creasing, improves drying and puts less strain on the appliance.

The large drum volume with a capacity of 5kg enables the clothes to
tumble freely to prevent creasing and improves drying time.
CustomTouch Control
This allows you to push a programme button followed by the start button
- the machine does the thinking for you. All the pre-set programmes
have set residual moisture levels, which means that the machine monitors
the drying constantly to ensure perfect results every time. It will
automatically dry to extra dry, dry, normal and iron dry.
Delayed Start
Maytag kitchen appliances offer a programmeable, child safe, delayed
sart function to make the most of cheaper rates of electricity or
for laundry to be dried at a convenient time for you.
  Accudry
For the perfect drying result Accudry is the solution. A humidity
sensor measures the amount of moisture in the laundry and adjusts
the drying time according to the programme you have selected. This
means that items are not overdried or damaged by exposue to unnecessary
heat.
Anti-crease Programme
After the drying cycle is completed, an anti-crease programme starts
which protects the laundry from creasing.
Freshen-up Programme
Just a quick tumble in cool air is ideal for items that have been
tucked away or stored for any length of time. the articles don't often
need to be washed but just given a short tumble to freshen.
Child Safety
As with all Maytag kitchen appliances products, safety comes as standard
on the tumble drier. To protect both children and laundry the drum
stops turning immediately when the door is opened. The sart button
must be pressed to continue the cycle.
Choice and Flexibility
You may choose either a vented or condensing tumble drier. The vented
model is supplied with a venting hose that may be connected to one
of three possible positions - back, left or right side. With a condensing
model the water can be pumped away into the 3.5 litre container or
plumbed in the drain.
Stacking
All Maytag driers may be stacked with any Maytag washing machine in
the range. This is ideal where space is at a premium, where two appliances
take up the space of one.
