Gas hobs give instant heat, economy and controllability. In addition special burner design produces and clean and perfect flame, giving total cooking flexibility and precise results. Induction hobs offer fast and responsive cooking; the pan becomes hot yet the hobs smooth ceramic surface remains safe to touch. Energy is saved as only the exact amount needed for cooking is used, and cleaning is easy because nothing can bake on.

BOOSTER - For intense rapid heat up.
HIGHLY INTELLIGENT CONTROLS WITH LED DISPLAY - Stop+go, Timer per Zone, Child Safety Lock and Control Lock.
STOP+GO - This is pressed to pause during cooking. It takes the selected zone down to a minimum. It is restored back to the original setting when pressed again. This can also be used as a handy keep warm setting.
TIMER PER ZONE - Up to 99 minutes may be selected for each cooking area. The hob will automatically turn off and an acoustic signal will sound, ensuring cooking perfection every time.
CHILD SAFETY LOCK - Two controls can be pressed together to lock the hob in the off position to prevent children from accidently turning the hob on.
CONTROL LOCK - This is used when the hob is on to prevent any alteration or activation of the kitchen appliances setting and can also be used to lock the hob in the off position for extra safety.
AUTO SAFETY SWITCH OFF - Hob will automatically switch off if left on for excessive time periods.
RESIDUAL HEAT INDICATORS - Safety -visually indicates that residual heat is left within the hob.
POT RECOGNITION INDICATORS - The cooking zone will not operate when incorrect cookware is used or when no pan is on the hob and the controls are accidentally activated.
INDUCTION ZONE - Works by creating a magnetic field between the kitchen appliances components and the steel core of the saucepan. Quicker than gas, more controllable, easy to clean and very safe, Induction hobs are perfect in form and function.
HILIGHT ZONE - Ceramic cooking areas with a fine ribbon element under the glass to heat up in less than 5 seconds.
DUAL ZONE - A cooking area with 2 zones. The inner zone can be activated individually when using smaller pans.
TRIPLE ZONE - A ceramic cooking area comprising of three different sizes, which can be activated to match the size of saucepan being used.
MULTI-PURPOSE ZONE - An elongated oval zone, which can be used as a single zone with just the round section activated, or extended to accommodate casserole dishes or fish kettles.
RED-DOT ZONES - Red dots on sealed plate hobs represent fast and more powerful cooking zones.
AUTOMAX - Following selection of a power level and cooking time, pressing automax brings the zone up to maximum and then following a preset time returns to the selected power level for the remainder of the cooking time.
